Self-Custody Responsibility

As a member of Alphanomics, you acknowledge that the custody of your Digital Assets, including NFTs and points, is solely your responsibility. This includes ensuring the security of your private keys and any devices or accounts used to access your Digital Assets.

Liability in Case of Unauthorized Access

Alphanomics is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Digital Assets due to your actions, such as clicking on malicious links, signing unauthorized transactions, or opening emails from unofficial sources.


In instances where your Digital Assets are compromised due to factors outside of Alphanomics control or linkage, including but not limited to phishing attacks, malware, or other security breaches attributable to your actions or negligence, Alphanomics bears no liability or obligation to reimburse or compensate for the lost or compromised Digital Assets.

No Reimbursement Policy

Alphanomics maintains a strict policy of no reimbursement for lost or compromised Digital Assets in scenarios where the security breach is not directly attributable to Alphanomics. This policy is due to the time-intensive nature of investigating individual cases and the potential for trust and security issues that such interventions could create.

Security Best Practices

You are encouraged to adhere to best practices in digital security. This includes using reputable wallet services, enabling multi-factor authentication, regularly updating security software, and staying informed about common cybersecurity threats in the blockchain and NFT space.

Reporting Security Incidents

In the event of a security breach or suspicious activity relating to your Digital Assets, you are advised to report the incident to Alphanomics promptly for informational purposes. While Alphanomics cannot guarantee recovery or reimbursement, we are committed to providing guidance and support to the best of our ability.
